This plug-in is working in conjunction with Dynamics 365 for Outlook
add-in. They allow the MS CRM data synchronization and the Cincom
CPQ application synchronization.
Offline users can always work with latest version of CRM data and Cincom CPQ configurator applications. Moreover, even they work offline, they will have available all the online functionalities.
Microsoft Outlook add-in will be supported by Microsoft in the future Microsoft CRM releases, as stated by Microsoft in the below public announcement: https://lnkd.in/gaarRJW.
